Clockworks

Composed in 2015 and 2016, Clockworks is a work in three movements (moderate-slow-fast) for reed quintet. It is inspired by minimalist works and the precision of a fine watch, utilizing ostinatos and polyrhythms in more uncommon time signatures (such as 7/8, 9/8, and 11/8)

Instrumentation: Flute, Oboe, Clarinet, Tenor Saxophone, Bassoon

A version for traditional woodwind quintet (Horn in F instead of Tenor Saxophone) is available upon request
